Colorectal Cancer - 70-year-old male

History
A 70-year-old male smoker with colon cancer dx in 1999, metastases to the liver, colon resection in 1999. Post ChT.

PET/CT Findings
No neoplastic uptake of FDG. Stenosis obstructing the hydro-/ureter (hydro-nephrosis). PET also suggestive of two foci in right hilum (not confirmed).
